OALN’s Norms
- Once registered, you will receive an email with a unique join link
- Once you click the link to the webinar you will be asked to type in your display name, your first name is sufficient.
- After joining or starting a meeting, click “Join Audio” in order to hear others.
- Your video and audio is off by default
- During the webinar, the audio can only be turned on if both you and the hosts enable it
- Raise your hand to ask a question out loud
- Those staying being for the post-show will be promoted to panelists, you can now be heard – just make sure your audio is turned on
- Use the chat to ask technical questions, answer pre- and post-assignments
- Use the Q&A to type questions to the presenter
